How to read this ranking

EV PSA 10 is the theoretical ceiling — what a pack is worth when every chase card grades a perfect 10. In practice, only a fraction of pulls gem. A set ranked #1 by EV PSA 10 with a 15% gem rate is riskier than a #3 set with a 55% gem rate. The gain/loss column gives you the boots-on-the-ground truth: on average, what does one pack cost you after selling everything raw.
