Refund Policy

1. Overview

MasterGrade offers AI-powered card grading as a digital service. Because our grading results are generated instantly and cannot be "returned," we handle refunds differently depending on the service used.

2. Free Tier — No Charge

If you used the free tier of MasterGrade, no charges were made and no refund is applicable.

3. Pay-Per-Grade Charges

Each individual grading payment is a one-time charge for a single card analysis. Because grading begins immediately upon upload, pay-per-grade charges are non-refundable once the grading process has started. If you believe there was a technical error with your grade, contact us within 7 days.

4. Subscription Charges

Monthly Pro subscriptions are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle. If you cancel your subscription before the next billing date, you retain access until the end of the current paid period. We do not prorate unused time, but you will not be charged again after cancellation.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or dispute a charge, email support@mastergrade.ai with your account email and the charge details. We review all requests within 3 business days. Legitimate billing errors (duplicate charges, wrong amounts) are refunded in full.

6. Duplicate Charges

If you were charged twice for the same grade, contact us immediately. Duplicate charges are refunded in full within 5 business days of confirmation.

7. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most issues can be resolved directly.
