1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MasterGrade (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MasterGrade provides AI-powered card grading estimates, card identification, price lookups, and related tools for informational and pre-screening purposes. The Service is not an official grading service and does not issue grades on behalf of PSA, BGS, CGC, or any other grading company.

3. User Accounts

Some features of the Service require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Credits and Purchases

Credits purchased on MasterGrade are non-refundable once used or after 30 days from purchase, except as required by applicable law. Credit packages and Pro subscriptions are subject to the prices and terms displayed at the time of purchase.

Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. Unused credits do not roll over after subscription cancellation unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service without authorization
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the outputs of the Service without written permission

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by MasterGrade and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any images you upload to the Service.

Grading estimates generated by the Service are for personal informational use only. Do not represent AI-generated grades as official grading results from PSA, BGS, CGC, or any other grading company.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

MasterGrade grading estimates are AI-generated pre-screening tools. They are not official grades and should not be used as the sole basis for buying, selling, or submitting cards for professional grading. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any estimate, price lookup, or identification result.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MasterGrade and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please read it at mastergrade.ai/privacy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
