How accurate is AI grading?
Our AI is trained on professional grading standards and provides estimates within 0.5-1.0 points of PSA grades for most cards. It's best used as a pre-screening tool before submitting to official grading services.
Are my card images stored?
Full-resolution images are processed in-memory by our AI and discarded after grading. A compressed thumbnail and your grade data are saved to your account so you can access your grade history on any device.
Can I get a refund on credits?
Credits are non-refundable once purchased. However, if you experience a technical issue that consumed a credit without providing a grade, contact us and we'll restore it.
Do you grade all card types?
We support trading cards from all major TCGs including Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece, Lorcana, and all major sports card brands (Topps, Panini, Upper Deck).
Is this affiliated with PSA, BGS, or CGC?
No. Master Grade is an independent AI tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a replacement for any official grading service.
