How accurate is AI grading?
Our AI is trained on professional grading standards and provides estimates within 0.5-1.0 points of PSA grades for most cards. It's best used as a pre-screening tool before submitting to official grading services.
Are my card images stored?
No. Images are processed in-memory by our AI and are not permanently stored on our servers. Thumbnails are saved locally in your browser for grade history.
Can I get a refund on credits?
Credits are non-refundable once purchased. However, if you experience a technical issue that consumed a credit without providing a grade, contact us and we'll restore it.
Do you grade all card types?
We support trading cards from all major TCGs including Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece, Lorcana, and all major sports card brands (Topps, Panini, Upper Deck).
Is this affiliated with PSA, BGS, or CGC?
