Subscription Terms

1. Subscription Plans

MasterGrade offers the following paid plans:

• Pro Monthly — $9.99/month, billed monthly
• Pro Annual — $79.99/year, billed annually (save 33%)

All prices are in USD. Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.

2. Billing & Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. We will charge the payment method on file on the same date each month (or the closest business day). If a payment fails, we will retry within 3 days and notify you by email.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@mastergrade.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period — you keep full access until then. No prorated refunds are issued for partial months.

4. Usage Limits

Pro subscriptions include a monthly allocation of grade credits, as displayed in your account dashboard. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle. Attempting to exceed your allocation by creating multiple accounts is a violation of these terms and may result in account termination.

5. Account Sharing

Subscriptions are for individual use. Sharing login credentials with others, or using one account to serve multiple end users in a commercial grading service, is not permitted. Businesses seeking bulk grading should contact us at advertise@mastergrade.ai.

6. Downgrades & Upgrades

You may upgrade your plan at any time — the upgrade takes effect immediately and you are charged a prorated amount. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including misuse of the platform, fraudulent activity, or failure to pay. In such cases, no refund is guaranteed.

8. Price Changes

We may change subscription pricing at any time. We will notify existing subscribers by email at least 30 days before any price increase. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
