Subscription Terms

1. Subscription Plans

MasterGrade offers the following paid plans:

• Pro Monthly — $12.99 per month, billed monthly
• Pro Annual — $99 per year, billed annually
• Pro Lifetime — $299 one-time (single payment, lifetime access — does not renew)
• Dealer — $69.99 per month, billed monthly

All prices are in USD. Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.

2. Billing & Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. We will charge the payment method on file on the same date each billing period (monthly or annually depending on your plan). The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment and never renews. If a payment fails, we will retry within 3 days and notify you by email.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@mastergrade.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period — you keep full access until then. No prorated refunds are issued for partial months.

4. Usage Limits

MasterGrade leaves beta on December 1, 2026. Paid plans include generous monthly grading with fair-use limits, counted per calendar month (UTC):

• Pro (all billing options): up to 1,000 grades a month, starting December 2, 2026. The first 25 grades each day run at full speed; after that, grades run in the Bulk lane, which may take a little longer.
• Dealer: 3,000 grades a month at full speed, then the Bulk lane up to 6,000 grades a month.
• Deep checks (our Pro-model analysis, on request): 100 a month with Pro and 300 with Dealer, up to 25 a day. Extra Deep checks, and Deep checks without a plan, cost 2 credits each.

To keep grading fast and reliable for everyone, we may use a lighter analysis for very high daily volume on one account, or when the service is under unusual load. Deep checks always use our full analysis.

Past a plan's monthly limit you can keep grading with your daily free grades and credits; the limit resets on the 1st of each month. Attempting to abuse the service by creating multiple accounts or automated scripting is a violation of these terms and may result in account termination.

5. Account Sharing

Subscriptions are for individual use. Sharing login credentials with others, or using one account to serve multiple end users in a commercial grading service, is not permitted. Businesses seeking bulk grading should contact us at partners@mastergrade.ai.

6. Downgrades & Upgrades

You may upgrade your plan at any time — the upgrade takes effect immediately and you are charged a prorated amount. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including misuse of the platform, fraudulent activity, or failure to pay. In such cases, no refund is guaranteed.

8. Price Changes

We may change subscription pricing or usage limits at any time. We will notify existing subscribers by email at least 30 days before any price increase or any reduction in a plan's usage limits. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the change.
