Data Deletion

You can delete your MasterGrade account and all associated personal data at any time.

Option 1 — Self-serve (fastest)

  1. Log in to your MasterGrade account
  2. Go to Account Settings
  3. Scroll to "Danger Zone" → click Delete my account
  4. Confirm — your account and all data (grades, collection, portfolio, emails) are deleted within 24 hours

Option 2 — Email us

Email support@mastergrade.ai from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm by email and remove all your data within 5 business days.

What we delete

  • Your account record (email, name, password hash)
  • All grade results and uploaded card images
  • Your collection, wishlist, and portfolio history
  • Any marketplace listings you've posted
  • Session tokens, OAuth links (Google, Discord, Meta)
  • Email subscription status

Note: billing records (Stripe transactions) are retained for 7 years per US tax law, but stripped of all identifying information other than the original transaction ID.

Meta / Facebook app users

If you signed in with Facebook or Instagram and removed MasterGrade from your Meta account (Settings → Apps and Websites), we automatically received a deletion request and processed it. You can check callback status here.
